從科技法律出發的光華商場 DIY 玩家踏入台灣最肝苦產業，在硬體 NPI 的世界裡磨出產品研發的技術直覺，在無數的電話會議中淬鍊出說故事的藝術，再到 AI 自動化時代的自我重塑。每一次選擇的結果，是從來沒有放棄的跨界累積。

A tech-law grad who started out tinkering with DIY hardware, then stepped into one of Taiwan's most demanding industries. I built product-engineering instinct through years of hardware NPI, learned to tell a clear story across countless conference calls, and reinvented myself for the age of AI. Every step has compounded into a cross-disciplinary edge I never stopped building.

負責 Dell Server Platform HW/SW NPI 全程專案管理，協調逾 100 個跨部門工程團隊。主導 ODM 管理、NRE 預算審計、Statement of Work 整合，並推動內部 IT 工具開發（SW Spec + UI/UX 優化）。

End-to-end project management for Dell Server Platform HW/SW NPI, coordinating 100+ cross-functional engineering teams. Led ODM management, NRE budget audits and Statement-of-Work consolidation, and drove internal IT-tool development (SW spec + UI/UX).
